Vascular Ultrasonographer - Clinton, MS

Category Imaging - Ultrasound Vascular Job Type Contract Seeking a skilled vascular sonographer to provide diagnostic imaging services as part of an 8-week contract. This opportunity offers consistent day shift hours and the chance to work in a supportive clinical environment. Scrubs will be provided onsite.

Schedule/Hours:

40 guaranteed hours per week Five 8-hour shifts, staggered start times between 7:00 a.m. and 8:30 a.m.

On-call:

one night per week and one weekend per month

Qualifications:

Current ARDMS certification required Active BLS certification necessary Must hold a valid MS state license Demonstrated proficiency with ultrasound vascular imaging techniques Previous experience in a hospital environment preferred Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach

Key Responsibilities:

Perform and record vascular ultrasound procedures with accuracy and attention to patient safety Collaborate closely with physicians and healthcare team members to interpret and communicate results Maintain equipment, troubleshoot minor issues, and ensure imaging areas remain clean and organized Prepare patients for exams, explain procedures, and answer questions to promote comfort Participate in on-call rotation per department needs This role provides the chance to utilize your vascular sonography expertise in a well-equipped clinical setting.
