Job Description

Category Imaging - Ultrasound General Job Type Contract Seeking an experienced Ultrasound Technologist to provide high-quality imaging services in a professional healthcare environment. This contract role offers a consistent schedule and the chance to make a positive impact on patient care.
Schedule:
13-week assignment 4 shifts per week, 10 hours each 1st shift hours Includes some weekday shifts and every other weekend
Qualifications:
Proficient in general ultrasound procedures Registered or registry-eligible as an Ultrasound Technologist/Sonographer Current certification in ARDMS or equivalent Minimum of one year prior experience in a healthcare or hospital setting preferred Strong attention to detail and knowledge of patient safety protocols Excellent communication and collaboration skills with clinical staff and patients Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and deliver compassionate care
Responsibilities:
Perform general ultrasound studies, producing clear and accurate diagnostic images Prepare, position, and educate patients for imaging procedures Maintain equipment, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met Collaborate closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals for case reviews or clarification Accurately document and manage patient records and images in accordance with facility protocols Observe all infection control and safety guidelines throughout procedures Assist with other imaging or departmental tasks as required Work in a supportive setting where your expertise helps deliver timely and accurate diagnoses.
