This contract opportunity calls for a dedicated professional to perform diagnostic procedures, ensuring accurate results that facilitate treatment and improved outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience:
ARDMS certification in Vascular Technology (RVT) strongly preferred Proven clinical experience as an Ultrasound Tech, with emphasis on vascular studies Solid knowledge of ultrasound physics, anatomy, and pathology Ability to effectively operate ultrasound equipment and imaging software Detail-oriented with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Current BLS certificationSchedule/Hours:
The schedule aligns with the imaging department's needs; specifics provided during screeningRole Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality vascular ultrasound scans and Doppler studies, interpreting results accurately Prepare patients by explaining procedures and ensuring comfort and safety Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and clinical teams regarding findings and technical details Maintain detailed records, accurate documentation, and adhere to imaging policies Ensure infection control and equipment cleanliness, following all safety guidelines Adjust procedures and equipment to accommodate difficult cases or urgent requests Stay up-to-date with best practices and advances in ultrasound technologyBenefits & Perks:
