Job Description

Category Imaging - Ultrasound General Job Type Contract Advance your healthcare career as an Ultrasound Technologist specializing in OB/GYN with this contract opportunity. In this vital role, you'll be an integral part of a dynamic imaging team, utilizing your expertise in high-risk OB ultrasound to provide critical diagnostic information for patient care.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Qualifications:
Current RDMS (OB/GYN) certification required BLS certification required Fetal Echo certification highly preferred Demonstrated experience in high-risk OB/GYN ultrasound Strong proficiency in fetal biometry, anatomy, cardiac, and umbilical Dopplers Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced healthcare setting Professionalism and compassionate communication skills Adherence to safety, infection control, and confidentiality standards
Essential Responsibilities:
Perform complex OB ultrasounds, providing accurate and timely imaging for obstetric patients Collaborate closely with physicians and nursing staff to support optimal patient care Operate and maintain high-quality ultrasound equipment Document findings and maintain comprehensive patient records Follow protocol for high-risk and fetal echo cases as needed Ensure the highest level of patient comfort and privacy during all procedures Assist with department tasks and contribute to a positive work environment Comply with all facility and industry regulations
