com Job summary:
Performs two-dimensional and color flow ultrasonic recordings of the body's vasculature for the diagnosis of disease. This position is also responsible for patient safety protocols, maintaining all federal, state, local and regulatory agency requirements Participates in QI activities.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Receiving, relaying and documenting verbal, written and electronic orders in the patient's medical record. Corroborating patient's clinical history with procedure, ensuing information is documented and available for use by a licensed independent practitioner prior to patient arrival Applying principles of ALARA to minimize exposure to patient, self and others.
