ULTRASOUND TECHNOLOGIST

The position exists in the radiology department and involves responsibility for performance of diagnostic medical examination of patients using real-time ultrasound imaging and duplex doppler ultrasound. The work is performed under the general direction of a radiologist with leeway allowed for exercise of independent judgement in carrying out technical details of the work. The incumbent does related work as required. Basic computer skills necessary.

Qualifications:

Education:

Graduate of a Diagnostic Ultrasound Technology program.

Experience:

2 Years Preferred.

Licensure:

RDMS credentialed or eligible within 6 months of hire, CPR certification required.

Salary:

$33.78 - $49.35 plus shift differentials if applicable Sign on Bonus $10,000
