Category Imaging - Echo Job Type Contract Leverage your expertise in echocardiography in an engaging environment dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. Your knowledge and technical skills will support physicians in evaluating cardiac function, ensuring accurate and reliable diagnostic imaging.
Schedule/Hours:
13-week contract Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm (Eight-hour shifts)Required Qualifications:
Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (ARDMS) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) certification Demonstrated experience in echocardiography (Echo Tech), including M-mode, two-dimensional, and Doppler studies Ability to work efficiently and compassionately in a fast-paced clinical setting Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with medical staff and comfort patientsKey Responsibilities:
Perform routine and specialized echocardiographic exams following established protocols Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, ensuring quality imaging Analyze and record test results, report findings to the interpreting cardiologist or physician Educate and prepare patients for procedures, addressing any questions or concerns Maintain detailed, accurate records in compliance with regulatory and facility standards Contribute to a collaborative team approach to advancing cardiac imaging servicesProfessional Advantages:
