Job Description

Category Imaging - Echo Job Type Contract Step into a vital patient care role, using your expertise in Echocardiography to produce high-quality diagnostic images in a dynamic healthcare setting. This is a 13-week contract opportunity specifically designed for experienced Echo Technologists who are committed to delivering outstanding cardiovascular imaging and patient support.
Schedule:
5 shifts per week, 8 hours each Day shift: 8:00am - 4:30pm No weekends No call requirements
Qualifications:
Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) Credentials from either ARDMS or CCI Proven experience in echocardiography (Echo) Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy and physiology Excellent attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with patients and clinical staff
Key Responsibilities:
Operate ultrasound imaging equipment to capture images of the heart and related structures Collaborate with physicians to provide accurate data for diagnosis and treatment planning Prepare patients for procedures, explaining the process and ensuring comfort Maintain patient records and ensure imaging results are transmitted to the medical team promptly Adhere to infection control and safety standards within the clinical environment Troubleshoot and report equipment issues as needed
