Job Description

Category Imaging - Ultrasound General Job Type Contract Contribute your expertise in ultrasound imaging and patient care in a dynamic clinical environment on a 13-week contract assignment. This role calls for an experienced professional who is skilled in general ultrasound procedures and is committed to delivering high-quality diagnostic services.
Schedule:
Four 10-hour night shifts per week
Hours:
7:30pm - 6:00am, Monday through
Thursday Key Qualifications:
Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (ARDMS) certification required Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Demonstrated experience performing general ultrasound studies Proficient with contemporary ultrasound technology and patient safety protocols Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative care setting
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality general ultrasound examinations as ordered, ensuring accurate imaging and documentation Position patients and maintain optimal image quality while considering patient comfort and safety Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to communicate findings and support diagnostic decisions Maintain and calibrate ultrasound equipment, following facility protocols and industry standards Ensure accurate and timely documentation of procedures and results in the electronic medical record system Demonstrate compassionate care and effective communication with patients from diverse backgrounds Why Consider This Opportunity?
