Job Description

Degree in Radiologic Technology, American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) Ultrasound certification, and minimum 1+ years Imaging experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Seeking a skilled professional with expertise in general ultrasound imaging to contribute to high-quality patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment. This contract position offers the opportunity to utilize advanced sonography techniques while working collaboratively with a team committed to clinical excellence.
Schedule/Hours:
13-week contract 4x10-hour night shifts, Monday through Thursday 7:30pm - 6:00am
Key Qualifications:
Current certification with the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Demonstrated experience as an Ultrasound Technician/Sonographer Proficiency in general ultrasound imaging, with the ability to adapt to various patient needs Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to detail, accuracy, and patient safety
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound examinations and accurately capture required images Assess and recognize anatomical and pathological data from ultrasound results Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other clinical staff to facilitate optimal patient care Ensure compliance with established protocols, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines Maintain clear and meticulous documentation for all procedures Provide compassionate and professional support to patients during examinations Why pursue this opportunity?
