1 Description American Traveler is hiring an Ultrasound Technologist for a general sonography position requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience and ARDMS certification, including an on-call rotation. Details General Ultrasound department setting 5x8-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM On-call rotation includes one night per week and every third weekend 12-week contract Requirements Minimum of 2 years of general ultrasound experience Current BLS and ARDMS certification Active state license required if applicable Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible A valid driver's license and a utility bill with a matching address dated within the last 3 months are required for consideration 2 supervisory references required for consideration Copies of certifications required for consideration Additional Information First-time travelers are welcome to apply RTO is limited to 5 days or fewer per assignment; no holiday time off may be requested Block scheduling requests are not accommodated Former permanent staff must have been separated from this facility for at least 1 year before being eligible for a travel assignment Floating to other facilities within a 75-mile radius may be required
