Minimum 1 Year Required About the Role We are seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist for a 13-week contract opportunity at Samaritan Albany General Hospital. The ideal candidate will perform high-quality abdominal, OB/GYN, and small parts ultrasound examinations while supporting physicians with accurate diagnostic imaging in a hospital setting. Responsibilities Perform diagnostic ultrasound exams including abdomen, OB/GYN, and small parts imaging. Operate ultrasound equipment to obtain accurate, high-quality diagnostic images. Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper positioning throughout procedures. Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams. Follow departmental protocols while utilizing EPIC for patient documentation. Requirements Current Oregon Sonography License required. ARDMS (Abdomen) and ARDMS (OB/GYN) credentials (or equivalent) required. Current
BLS/BCLS
Certification required. Minimum 1 year of Ultrasound Technologist experience; hospital experience preferred. Must provide general interview availability with submission (preferred contact method and available interview times).
