Job Description

•$10,000 sign-on bonus for applicants who have zero seniority at CMH and who meet all other conditions for payment•To receive sign-on bonus, applicant must sign an offer letter by June 30, 2026, and begin working within three weeks of that acceptance. Full details of payment conditions can be obtained from Human Resources.
ELIGIBLE FOR CMH EMPLOYEE REFERRAL BONUS
PRIORITY RECRUITMENT and
RELOCATION ASSISTANCE
This position will independently perform various sonographic examinations with minimal supervision from the Medical Director. The Sonographer develops adequate clinical information, evaluates images and presents completed examinations for interpretation. The Sonographer may render preliminary findings at the discretion of the Medical Director. On call responsibility is an expectation of the position with on-site arrival within 30 minutes of contact. May be required to cross train in additional modalities including physiological studies as appropriate. Knowledge of policies and procedures. Adaptability and flexibility
License/Certification:
Must be registered by the ARDMS or certified by the ARRT in at least one of the sonographic modalities; must maintain continued education requirements as specified by credentialing body. Current OBRT licensure as appropriate. Current BLS required through the American Heart Association. Education and/or
Experience:
Sonographers who are also ARRT registered as radiographers may be required to perform diagnostic radiology studies as needed, including routine workday rotations in radiographic modalities as appropriate. Physical Demands and Work Environment Conditions / ADACompliance Must be in generally good health, with the ability to mobilize sonography equipment as required for patient care. Must be able to transport patients as appropriate as well as assist with patient transfers and lifting as needed.
