SUMMARY OF JOB
The Perinatal Ultrasound Technician is a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, who is responsible for performing ultrasound procedures for the Antenatal Unit patient, under the direction of the perinatologist. He/she is responsible for performing high quality perinatal ultrasound studies including transvaginal, Doppler and Level 2 scans. Performs duties under minimal supervision.

RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS
Completion of a formal Diagnostic Ultrasound Program. ARDMS certification required. Must have at least 2 years ultrasonographer experience. Experience in prenatal imaging, including transvaginal, Doppler and Level 2. Current CPR certification required.
