Yes (discussed during interview) Job Summary Seeking a General Sonographer to provide mobile ultrasound services to patients in nursing homes, home care facilities, correctional facilities, and other healthcare settings. The Sonographer will independently perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound examinations, transmit images to radiologists for interpretation, and deliver exceptional patient care while traveling throughout the assigned service area. Key Responsibilities Perform portable diagnostic ultrasound examinations using mobile ultrasound equipment. Obtain high-quality, clinically diagnostic images and transmit them electronically for radiologist interpretation. Travel to assigned facilities while managing a daily mobile schedule. Verify physician orders and confirm patient identity using two patient identifiers before each exam. Maintain accurate documentation and complete daily billing and exam paperwork. Communicate effectively with dispatch, healthcare staff, and clients regarding schedules and urgent requests. Maintain portable ultrasound equipment and company vehicle in proper working condition. Follow infection control, patient safety, and company policies at all times. Participate in meetings, required training, and assist with training other technologists as needed. Required Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program. Current ARDMS or CCI certification. Must be registered in General and Vascular Ultrasound (
ARDMS:
AB & RVT , CCI
RVS , or
ARRT:
R.T.(VS) ). Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Basic computer and smartphone proficiency. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Pay:
$35.00 - $43.00 per hour
