Novant Health Maternal Fetal Medicine is seeking a compassionate, skilled Sonographer to join our growing outpatient team in beautiful Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. You'll work alongside board-certified Maternal Fetal Medicine physicians and an experienced multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing advanced care for high-risk pregnancies and their families. What We're Looking For:
Required Graduate of an AMA-approved Diagnostic Medical Sonography program Associate degree (or equivalent program completion) ARDMS registered with OB specialty (RDMS-OB) Current BLS certification Preferred One or more years of obstetric ultrasound experience Maternal Fetal Medicine experience Fetal Echocardiography certification Experience performing Doppler studies and nuchal translucency examinations Experience assisting with amniocentesis and/or CVS procedures
What You'll Do:
As a Maternal Fetal Medicine Sonographer, you will: Perform high-quality obstetric and gynecologic ultrasound examinations Obtain comprehensive fetal anatomy and growth assessments Perform Doppler studies, nuchal translucency (NT) scans, and AIUM-recommended imaging Collaborate closely with Maternal Fetal Medicine physicians and the multidisciplinary care team Assist with specialized procedures, including amniocentesis and chorionic villus sampling (CVS), when appropriate Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining the highest standards of imaging quality and safety
