HCA Healthcare, a national leader in providing high-quality, patient-focused healthcare, is seeking a dedicated Perinatal Ultrasound Technician PRN to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on applying advanced imaging capabilities to provide detailed and accurate scans critical for perinatal care. Candidates will leverage cutting-edge technology to assist in diagnoses and monitor the health of both mothers and developing fetuses. Working under the guidance of top healthcare professionals, the technician will contribute to a culture of compassion and excellence in patient care. Operate ultrasound equipment to perform detailed scans of the fetal and maternal areas. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret ultrasound results and provide input for treatment plans. Maintain patient comfort and safety during ultrasound procedures. Document and maintain accurate patient records for all procedures performed. Assist in maintaining ultrasound equipment, ensuring all apparatus is functioning correctly and comply with safety standards. Educate patients on ultrasound procedures and address any concerns. Proficiency in operating ultrasound imaging devices. Strong analytical skills to interpret sonographic data. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to maintain sensitive patient information confidentiality. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified or eligible for certification by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS). Specialized certification in fetal echocardiography is preferred. Current CPR certification.
