Ultrasound Technician Noble MRI League City, TX Job Details Part-time $30 - $40 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Computer literacy Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer Full Job Description Job description: We are a growing outpatient imaging center seeking a skilled and compassionate Ultrasound Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, detail-oriented, and experienced in performing high-quality diagnostic ultrasound examinations in a fast-paced clinical environment. This role offers a professional work setting with a supportive team and opportunities for long-term growth. Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program Current ARDMS certification required (RDMS); additional credentials (RVT, RDCS) are a plus Valid Texas license or eligibility to obtain licensure (if applicable) Minimum 1 year of clinical ultrasound experience preferred (new graduates with strong externship experience may be considered) Proficiency in performing ultrasound examinations including, but not limited to: Abdominal OB/GYN Pelvic Small parts Vascular (if applicable) Strong knowledge of ultrasound anatomy, physiology, and pathology Ability to operate ultrasound equipment and ensure image quality meets diagnostic standards Excellent patient care skills with the ability to explain procedures and ensure patient comfort Strong attention to detail and ability to follow physician protocols Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary medical team Basic computer skills and familiarity with
EMR/RIS/PACS
systems Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality standards Professional demeanor, punctuality, and strong communication skills Ability to stand for long periods and assist patients as needed Preferred Qualifications Experience in an outpatient imaging center Multi-modality experience is a plus ACR accreditation experience preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
