All of the following are required: American Heart Association (BLS) In addition to the above, one of the following is also required: American Registry for Radiology Technologist (ARRT-VS) American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (RDMS- RVT) Cardiovascular Credentialing International (RVS) Or registry eligible (must be registered within 6 months of hire)
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Vascular Technologist I position is an entry-level position that works independently to provide advanced technical skills to complete a variety of non-invasive tests used in the diagnosis and treatment of vascular disease with moderate difficulty. This position provides direct assistance to physicians with all diagnostic and special vascular ultrasound procedures. This Vascular Technologist I position delivers exceptional patient care and adheres to ultrasound exam standards and guidelines established by governing agencies to ensure optimal patient safety and customer service.
