In this vital role, you will utilize sonography equipment to produce detailed images that assist physicians in diagnosing and monitoring various medical conditions. Duties Operate ultrasound equipment to capture high-quality images of internal organs, tissues, and developing fetuses with precision and care Collaborate closely with physicians to interpret imaging results accurately Ensure strict adherence to aseptic techniques to maintain a sterile environment during procedures Explain procedures clearly to patients, addressing questions and providing reassurance to foster comfort and trust Maintain detailed patient records, including imaging data, technical notes, and relevant medical history Follow all safety protocols related to medical imaging and patient care standards Stay current with advancements in sonography technology, maternal-fetal medicine, and diagnostic radiology practices Qualifications Proven experience as an Ultrasound Technician or Sonographer with a strong understanding of medical imaging techniques Proficiency in medical terminology and diagnostic radiology principles Familiarity with ultrasound equipment operation and maintenance Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and healthcare team members Ability to apply aseptic technique consistently to prevent infections during procedures Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality patient care Join us in making a difference through precise imaging and compassionate patient service!
