Produces high quality ultrasounds on patient of all ages demonstrating knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and operating US systems, PACS and other computer software according to established procedures. Will demonstrate clinical competency in all aspects of US including invasive procedures. Shall provide a patient experience focused on service excellence and safety.
Requirements:
ARDMS certification in OB/GYN, Abdomen and Vascular. New graduate candidates have a minimum requirement of ARDMS certification in Abdomen. Successful certification in OB/GYN and Vascular must be acquired within one year of hire. Maintains all necessary continuing education requirements for ARDMS. Maintains certification in CPR Sound understanding of anatomical anatomy and physiology. Possesses excellent communication skills. Meets all necessary competencies within 6 months of hire. Ability to handle peers with a high degree of respect, tact, courtesy and patience.
