About the Role Provide high-quality general practice care during weekdays (with weekend expansion coming soon). Manage diverse medical and surgical cases with the support of Emergency and Specialty teams. Collaborate across departments (Surgery, Oncology, Internal Medicine). Compensation & Benefits Base plus production model reflecting experience and skills GP vets: Base around $150K + ~20% production ER vets: Average annual income around $250K - $400K+, depending on experience, schedule, surgeries, and diagnostic skills All compensation negotiable and above national averages Advanced equipment and 24/7 hospital support Exceptional exposure to complex medical and surgical cases Relocation assistance and growth opportunities Ideal Candidate DVM or equivalent, with (or eligible for) Alaska veterinary licensure Strong communication and client relationship skills Competent in general medicine and surgery Motivated, reliable, and growth-oriented Please apply to learn more!!!!
