Preferred schedule (flexible for an incoming DVM): Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays Appointments from 9am-4pm Last hour of the day reserved for admin time Optional additional 20 minutes admin time in the morning, if desired Appointment length based on DVM preference (typically 20 minutes; longer for new grads or as preferred) Surgery and dentistry are not a requirement This structure allows you to practice excellent medicine without burnout.
