Sears Veterinary Hospital in Lancaster, California is looking for a dedicated Associate Veterinarian to join our amazing veterinary team! Working just 2 days a week with no nights or weekends (Friday is a must!) , you'll have the freedom to spend your time with family and friends and exploring all Southern California has to offer! Possible nearby Multi-site opportunity! At Sears Veterinary Hospital we are dedicated to providing exceptional veterinary care and has been proud to serve the cities of Lancaster, Palmdale, Rosamond, Mohave, and surrounding areas since 1975. Our dedicated and talented team at Sears Veterinary Hospital have devoted their lives to the care of Lancaster community dogs and cats. Our hospital is led by an experienced hospital manager who believes strongly in creating a positive work environment and culture. Working with our leadership team you will be supported and heard! Our Compensation Package Includes:

Competitive salary: $80,000

• $95,000 (negotiable) Quarterly Production Incentive Plan No negative accrual and no non-compete !

Generous Sign-on & Retention bonus up to $50,000 Flexible scheduling (2 days a week!) with work-life balance Reimbursement for membership dues and license fees Supportive work environment with a focus on teamwork and collaboration Employee pet care discounts Lancaster is located approximately 70 miles north of downtown Los Angeles in the Antelope Valley, and is a gateway to some of the most interesting parts of the California landscape. You will also want to spend time at the Prime Desert Woodland Preserve , Lancaster Museum of Art and History , local wineries & beautiful Lake Palmdale.
