Natomas Animal Hospital is a privately owned, community-focused practice that has been serving the Sacramento area for more than 20 years. We're looking for an Associate Veterinarian to join our growing, collaborative hospital. You'll have the resources to practice high-quality medicine, a strong support team around you, and the guidance and mentorship you need to continue developing as a veterinarian or the space to jump in and produce from day 1. Perform surgery and dentistry Continue to develop your clinical skills and areas of interest Build lasting relationships with clients and their pets Make a meaningful impact on the hospital and the patients you care for Advanced Medicine + Serious Support The hospital includes: 4 exam rooms expanding to 8 with an upcoming buildout. 1 surgical suites Companion Therapuetic Laser Digital radiography Ultrasound Full IDEXX in-house laboratory ezyVet and Vet Radar cloud-based medical records Live virtual scribes with AI-assisted medical documentation Mobile specialists are integral in our standard of care (Surgery, cardiology, radiology and internal medicine) A Schedule That Gives You Your Life Back We believe being a great veterinarian shouldn't require working your life away. 4 × 10-hour shifts | 8 AM-6 PM or 10AM-8PM / Or 3 x 12 hr shifts (8AM - 8PM) You'll work on rotating weekend schedule designed to maximize your time off, while still providing consistent coverage for our patients. Your support team handles much of the administrative workload so you can concentrate on patients, clients, and medicine.
