Leadership & Mentorship:
As Managing Veterinarian, you'll play a central role in shaping the culture, clinical standards, and growth of our team. You'll oversee day-to-day hospital operations, support and mentor associate veterinarians, and serve as a key point of contact between the medical team and hospital leadership. Our environment is deeply collaborative — we're looking for a leader who leads by example and is genuinely invested in the success of those around them.Who We're Looking For:
We're seeking a confident, experienced veterinarian ready to step into a leadership role in a fast-paced, well-equipped environment.Ideal candidates will have:
5+ years of clinical experience , with strong surgical and dental skills preferred Proven leadership ability — experience managing or mentoring a veterinary team is a strong plus A generous, collaborative spirit — someone who lifts up the team and fosters a positive, high-performing culture Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset A commitment to upholding our AAHA-accredited standards of careCompensation & Benefits:
Base salary $180,000- $200,000 (depending on experience) Up to $30,000 signing bonus Production based bonuses Full benefits package: Health, Dental, Vision 401(k) with employer match Paid vacation, paid sick time Paid CE days + CE allowance Professional memberships State & DEA licensure reimbursement
