Our AAHA-accredited hospital pairs the personalized, client-focused feel of a small-town practice with modern diagnostics and a tight, tenured support team. We're a growing practice with a loyal, full client base, and we're ready to add a doctor , all while protecting your life outside the clinic with a consistent 4-day work week.
What You Get:

- 140 K Base Salary + Production with
No Negative Accrual Balanced Schedule :
Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:30 PM, with rotating half-day Saturdays. Flexible full-time structures available The "Support Flex" : A genuine 1 tech-per-doctor ratio plus a dedicated float, backed by skilled, tenured assistants—so you practice medicine, not paperwork. Surgery days are fully staffed with a tech, assistant, and surgical technician. Clinical Autonomy +
Mentorship :
Learn alongside our owner-founder , Dr. Etchart, a Fruita native with deep experience in orthopedics(arthroscopy, TTA, fracture repair) and high-volume dentistry.

- 3+ years of clinical/veterinary practice experience Active (or pending) Utah Veterinary License A passion for surgery, dentistry, and building "year after year" relationships with families.
