Partner Veterinarian (Ownership Opportunity) Highlands Ranch, CO Lead a Hospital. Build Equity. Practice Great Medicine. We are seeking an experienced Veterinarian for a unique Partner Veterinarian opportunity in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. This is more than a traditional veterinary position. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to lead and grow a companion animal hospital while building equity ownership and helping shape the future of the practice.   • Provide high-quality medical, surgical, and dental care.
  • Lead and mentor veterinary and support staff.
  • Help recruit and develop a strong hospital team.

  • Collaborate with leadership teams to drive hospital success. Qualifications
  • DVM or VMD degree required.
  • Active veterinary license or ability to obtain Colorado licensure.
  • Several years of small animal clinical experience.
  • Strong medical, surgical, and diagnostic skills.
  • Leadership or management experience preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in practice ownership. Compensation
