Job Description
Looking to add an associate veterinarian to my privately owned clinic in Jupiter, FL. Opened in 2020 as a single doctor start-up with steady growth that now warrants the addition of full time veterinarian. We are predominantly small animal, though we also perform the occasional pig spay/neuter and some basic pocket pet care. The clinic has a laid-back but highly supportive atmosphere and boutique/ concierge style feel. We focus on high-quality medicine with a curated client base that values and can afford excellent care. This also means that we have little tolerance for abusive clients and very comfortable parting ways with clients who are not a good fit for the practice culture. We're fully paperless and equipped with the typical in-house diagnostics and "bells and whistles." We have access to a mobile boarded surgeon as well as a mobile ultrasound team. We also utilize multiple nearby specialty and ER hospitals for referral support. Looking for a confident veterinarian who has the following skills confident medicine skills Surgery not required but welcome Excellent communication skills Collaborative work style within a supportive team culture Low stress handling ideology The position offers: 4 day work week (weekdays, weekends not required) with 1 hour scheduled lunch breaks Simple IRA with matching Paid vacation and sick leave CE stipend with CE days Paid professional dues and license fees
