Davies Animal Medical Hospital is seeking a Lead Urgent Care Veterinarian to guide and grow our expanding GP/urgent care service within our privately owned, 9-doctor hospital. Lead Urgent Care Veterinarian:
Lead and develop our urgent care service Mentor and support fellow veterinarians, support staff and students Manage and oversee urgent and same-day cases Help shape protocols, workflow, and clinical excellence Drive a culture of efficiency, compassion, and high-quality medicine

DVM/VMD (or equivalent) + eligible for California licensure Strong experience in urgent care or emergency medicine Passion for leadership, mentorship, and team development Confidence in handling a fast-paced, diverse caseload Commitment to high-quality medicine and client communication Love of surgery, teaching and jumping in is a must!
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
$180,000
  • $225,000+ (DOE) Production Bonus
  • Potential up to $300K+ Quarterly Mentor/ Lead Bonus Sign-On Bonus
