Description Feline-Only Associate Veterinarian Community Cat Clinic | Duluth and Woodstock, Georgia Community Cat Clinic is looking for an associate veterinarian who wants to practice high-quality feline medicine in a busy, mission-driven, access-to-care hospital. We are an independently owned, feline-only veterinary with clinics in Duluth and Woodstock, Georgia. Our mission is to expand access to veterinary care for cats and the people who love them by offering affordable pricing, spectrum-of-care options, payment plans, and charitable assistance whenever possible. This is a strong fit for a veterinarian who believes cost should not be the reason a cat goes without care, enjoys working with a skilled support team, and wants to be part of a practical, compassionate, high-efficiency hospital model. Why This Role Matters Many pet-owning households struggle to afford even basic veterinary care. At Community Cat Clinic, you will help address that problem directly by providing affordable veterinary care to feline families, feral cat caregivers, rescues, and community partners. Our goal is to avoid economic euthanasia whenever possible by offering practical options, clear communication, and a genuine commitment to helping cats receive the care they need while staying with the people who love them. A Busy, Team-Based Hospital Community Cat Clinic is a busy access-to-care hospital, so efficiency matters. Our veterinarians are supported by trained veterinary technicians and veterinary assistants who are actively utilized to improve patient care, hospital workflow, productivity, and doctor and team quality of life. Veterinarians seeing appointments are typically supported by a team of 4 to 5 highly skilled veterinary technicians and assistants. Our goal is for doctors to focus on medical decision-making, examinations, treatment planning, client communication, and leading the care team, while technicians and assistants work at the top of their abilities to support patient care and workflow. This is a productive, fast-moving environment. The right candidate will enjoy a collaborative team setting, understand that access-to-care medicine requires flexibility and efficiency, and appreciate working in a hospital where support staff are an essential part of the care model. Work/Life Balance and Schedule We value work/life balance and make a serious effort to finish on time, get team members out of the clinic as scheduled, and avoid unnecessary after-hours interruptions. We know veterinary medicine is demanding, and we believe a well-run hospital should protect the personal time of its team whenever possible. This is a full-time position with a four-day, 10-hour schedule, set days, and some Saturdays. Our Clinics Our clinics are located in Woodstock and Duluth, Georgia, in the northern Atlanta suburbs. Both clinics are newer and were designed with feline patients, efficient workflow, and quality care in mind. Our equipment includes Cuattro digital radiography, dental radiography, heated hospital cages, endoscopy, ultrasound, Snyder ICU cages, heated and adjustable surgery tables, nitrogen-powered dentistry equipment, and more.
