As the only emergency hospital serving eastern Idaho and western Wyoming, the practice offers a diverse and challenging caseload, with a strong focus on high-quality patient care and professional collaboration. Working Hours / Rota The hospital operates 24/7 and offers flexible scheduling designed to support work-life balance. Role Description and Responsibilities The Emergency Veterinarian will manage a broad range of internal medicine and surgical emergency cases, supported by a highly trained technical team. The hospital fosters a collaborative environment that emphasizes continuous learning, case discussion, and professional development. Practice Details The hospital is fully equipped with Ligasure, anesthetic ventilator, digital radiography, ultrasound, endoscopy, and in-house blood analyzers including blood gas and coagulation testing. The facility also maintains a well-established blood bank that supports both hospital patients and the surrounding veterinary community. The hospital is known for its high medical standards and commitment to exceptional patient care. Team The hospital is staffed by five doctors and a highly trained support staff.
