The expanded space will create more room to grow our canine and feline medicine offerings throughout the day while continuing to build on our strong exotic medicine foundation. This is a unique opportunity for a canine and feline medicine DVM who enjoys high-quality general practice and may also have an interest or background in exotics. With emergency care beginning after 4 PM, this role offers a distinctive mix of daytime growth opportunities, established exotic medicine, and extended-hours ER exposure. You'll join a respected Chicago hospital with a multi-state client draw and a future that is growing in an exciting direction! Our Practice 20+ years serving the community in partnership with NVA Established exotic medicine reputation with growing daytime canine and feline medicine services Open daily until midnight, with plans to expand canine and feline medicine care throughout the whole day The Opportunity and Hospital's Future Ideal for a canine and feline medicine DVM Experienced DVM role helping grow all-day canine and feline medicine services in a new hospital space Larger facility opening a few blocks away in March 11 exam rooms, 2 surgery suites, and 1 dental suite planned Dedicated spaces designed to support canine, feline, emergency, and exotic medicine Schedule Open 7 days a week until midnight Daytime caseload currently focused on exotics, expanding to include canine and feline ER after 4 PM ProSal Compensation Base salary: $125,000-$140,000 Eligibility-based production bonuses paid quarterly Packages based on education, experience, skills, and interests Benefits and Development through NVA Medical, mental health, dental, vision, and spending account options for eligible team members Paid time off and CE days CE stipend, development resources, peer learning, leadership support, clinical learning, and PetOne access 401(k) and potential ownership pathways
