We are seeking a Senior Veterinarian to join a modern, mission-driven small animal practice in Overland Park, KS. A progressive, technology-forward small animal practice in Overland Park, KS is looking to welcome a passionate Veterinarian to its growing team. This is a practice built from the ground up by a veterinarian, with the belief that medicine should always lead. The result is a modern, purpose-built facility designed to deliver a calmer, kinder experience for pets, their families, and the veterinary professionals who care for them. Every element of the clinic, from the thoughtful physical space to the integrated technology platform, has been designed with the team's focus and wellbeing in mind. Day-to-day, you can expect a broad and engaging caseload spanning general practice and daytime urgent care, including wellness and preventative medicine, diagnostics, and a full range of standard small animal procedures. The practice operates a connected care model, combining in-clinic appointments with virtual care and community outreach, offering genuine variety and career flexibility as the model continues to grow. The clinical environment is fully equipped with state-of-the-art diagnostic tools and a proprietary technology platform that streamlines workflows and handles the administrative side of the job so you can stay focused on your patients. A dedicated support team of two to three veterinary technicians works alongside each doctor, creating a genuinely team-led approach to care. The practice places a strong emphasis on Fear Free and gentle handling, with peaceful, modern spaces designed to reduce stress for animals and their owners at every step. The schedule offers no on-call and no late nights, with a generous PTO policy and a sustainable, supportive culture at its core.

About You:
DVM or equivalent degree, active and in good standing in Kansas (or pursuing registration, costs covered) Minimum of one year of experience in a clinical veterinary setting Committed to Fear Free and low-stress handling principles Thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment Ideally, you will be confident across routine soft-tissue surgery and dentistry Strong communicator who genuinely connects with clients and their pets Eager to grow professionally and stay current with developments in the industry
