Valor Veterinary Emergency Hospital is the only 24/7 emergency veterinary hospital in our region, and we've built a hospital focused on practicing excellent medicine while creating a workplace where people actually enjoy coming to work. DVM or equivalent veterinary degree Eligible for veterinary licensure in Louisiana Commitment to practicing high-quality medicine and compassionate patient care Strong communication and client education skills Ability to work collaboratively with veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and support staff Respect for veterinary technicians as critical partners in patient care Ability to remain calm, adaptable, and solution-focused in a fast-paced emergency environment Desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a positive team culture Emergency experience preferred, but not required General practitioners interested in transitioning to emergency medicine are encouraged to apply New graduates with a strong work ethic and growth mindset are encouraged to applyJob Types:
