Job Description

Job Overview Join our dynamic veterinary team as an Associate Veterinarian specializing in small animal care! This position is definitely a unicorn in the veterinary field. We are busy. Very busy. So it gives a lot of options for the right canidate. If you don't care for surgery...great we can have your day filled with wellness and medical appointments. Not a fan of working rooms? That is cool too...we will keep you busy with primarily hospitalized animals, drop off appointments, etc. If you want to grow your surgical skills and confidence...you are in the right place. We have a case load that will allow you to thrive. We want a person who is wanting to practice collaborative medicine with our team. We leverage our techs to work the most efficiently as possible. When you are off work...you are off work. Your family time is regarded with the utmost importance. Here is some of what we are offering: Competitive base salary starting plus production Full time would consist of a 4 day work week maximum Part time schedule is available We are open to considering a hybrid schedule as well All the licensing and association dues pertinent to the position. Liability insurance with license defense Continuing education of $1000 with separate CE travel stipend of $1500 Minimum of 2 to 1 tech/assistant to doctor ratio Support for specialty interest in the profession Flexible scheduling to support a good work life balance Some of the things we have Digital records Digital x-ray Dental x-ray Endoscopy Ultrasound In house blood machines including ability to do cortisol, coag, progesterone, bile acids, etc Imagyst 20 minute wellness; 40 minute medical appointments Local ER for after hours care Join us if you are passionate about animal health, eager to expand your veterinary expertise, and ready to make a positive impact in the lives of pets and their owners!
