Our new practice is independently owned. Facilitate learning for the Veterinary Science students at Essex North Shore Agricultural & Technical School. Performing your normal workflow you will create teachable moments. These are the future Doctors and Veterinary Technicians needed for our industry. Provide input to our exceptional tools and strategy. Our medical (Ultrasound), business (AI Multifunction & Cloud PIMS) and customer service applications/services make the job easier, patients healthier and clients happier. Will provide Training in Ultrasound, Dental, Surgery & more from our membership in the prestigious Veterinary Management Groups (VMG) professional organization. The facility is like new and fully featured in Danvers, right off I-95 for an easy commute.
ABOUT THE PRACTICE
Essex Veterinary Hospital will be an AAHA capable, fear-free practicing, well-managed, full service, small animal hospital 25 minutes north of Boston in Danvers, MA. Services will be "fairly priced" using the financial strength from its allied practice of Best Pets Veterinary Hospital. Our practice philosophy will focus on exceptional patient care and does not dictate practice protocol. We are professionals who share in the value of work/life balance, being financially rewarded for delivering excellent results, expanding our knowledge, and treating each patient as if it were our own. PAY DETAILS
Salary commensurate with experience. Option to increase pay with ProSal. Potential for future Profit sharing of $30-$70K/year. Further potential to own share of practice.

JOB DESCRIPTION/REQUIREMENTS
Flexible schedule of 2, 3 or 4 days/week and 1 of 3 Saturdays until noon. Preference of 4+ years' experience at a small animal practice, though will also consider new graduates. Looking for individuals with solid surgery skills, dental skills, excellent bedside manners, deep love of animals and a strongly positive team collaborator. Proficient in general practice and some urgent care as well. Ability to work as sole doctor for 2 days per week for 1 year or until growth in client base. Loves being in a learning environment. Committed to working in our local vicinity.
