  • Part-time, Full-time Overview Join our dynamic veterinary team as a Small Animal Veterinarian, where your passion for animal health and well-being will make a meaningful difference in the lives of pets and their owners.
Our practice is small enough to feel like home, and modern enough to offer a high level of veterinary care. We are located in the beautiful South Coast of Massachusetts where oceanside activities, and conservation lands, parks and small communities are just a short distance from urban Boston. Responsibilities Conduct thorough physical examinations, diagnose and treat patients. Perform routine surgical procedures like spay, neuter, and other minor soft tissue procedures. Option to perform dentistries based on applicants experience and comfort level. Option to perform other surgeries based on applicants experience and comfort level. Administer vaccinations, medications, and treatments tailored to individual animal needs, emphasizing wellness and preventative medicine. Follow all hospital protocols and keep accurate and complete medical records in accordance with state laws and industry standards. Handle all patients with care, demonstrating proficiency in dog and cat restraint (especially fear free), to ensure safety for both pets and staff. Educate pet owners on proper pet care, nutrition, behavior management, and post-treatment instructions to promote ongoing health. Experience New graduates are welcome, we are happy to help you start your career and give you the time and space to do so! Compensation will correlate with applicants experience.
