Veterinarian - Flexible Schedule / Weekends NOT required (Westford MA) Veterinary Westford, Massachusetts Direct-Hire Jun 15, 2026 Veterinarian - Flexible Schedule / Weekends NOT required Westford, MA Full service, small animal veterinary hospital seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian. Plenty of room for professional growth and potential for financial interest (equity, partnership, or ownership) in the future. Hospital Hours are Mon-Fri 8a-5p, and Sat 9a-12p This is a very close-knit and long-term team, with 1 lead doctor, and 4 Vet Techs.
Services provided:
Routine Examinations & Preventative Care Vaccinations Heartworm, Flea & Tick Prevention Routine screening for tick borne diseases Soft tissue surgery In-house laboratory services (that include CBC and chemistry analysis) Digital radiology Dental Prophylaxis Experienced candidates are encouraged to apply - the owner is open to considering candidates who enjoy surgery and dentistry, or who prefer to see appointments only.
Qualifications:
DVM / VMD
MA State Veterinary License required 2+ Years of practice as a Veterinarian in a full-service small animal environment
Compensation:
 $100,000-$130,000 base salary for full-time, plus up to 25% production bonus. #LI-MR1
