A Veterinarian provides medical care to animals. Diagnoses and treats illnesses and injuries. Specializes in treating either pets and small domesticated animals, or large animals and livestock, or wild animals. May work on farms, in zoos and wildlife sanctuaries, in animal shelters, or in hospitals or clinics that specialize in caring for animals. May inspect livestock used for food and check compliance with food safety regulations, or work in laboratories doing clinical research on animal and human diseases.

Veterinarian Brewer Veterinary Clinic in Brewer, ME $100,000-$120,000 base salary plus 22% production and a generous bonus opportunity! No negative accrual and no non-compete! Examine, diagnose, and treat diseases and injuries in companion animals, primarily dogs and cats Develop thoughtful treatment plans and provide medical and surgical care Collaborate with fellow veterinarians and our broader veterinary ecosystem Communicate effectively with clients and referring veterinarians Participate in continuing education, seminars, and training to continue developing professionally Administer core vaccinations and counsel clients on preventative and well-pet care Perform dental procedures as needed Contribute to a positive, collaborative workplace for our team, clients, and patientsBENEFITS

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree 2+ years of experience practicing veterinary medicine in a veterinary hospital setting preferred Internship training preferred but not required Ability to obtain a Maine Veterinary License Rarebreed Veterinary Partners is a purpose-driven team that puts veterinary professionals first.
