Our hospital offers a wide range of services including surgery, ultrasound, digital radiographs, a complete Abaxis laboratory, and therapy laser. We are state licensed for wildlife rehabilitation and have a skilled supportive staff to work with multiple veterinarians. Daily Responsibilities Provide high-quality care for companion pets and exotics Perform surgeries, ultrasounds, digital radiographs, and therapy laser treatments Utilize Covetrus Pulse cloud-based software and tablets for appointments Collaborate with support staff and veterinarians on patient cases Participate in wildlife rehabilitation for small mammals, reptiles, and marsupials Required Skills Experience in small animal care and preventive care Proficiency in digital radiography and dental prophylaxis Ability to perform anesthesia, surgery, and emergency care Salary and Benefits Yearly base salary with a production-based bonus 401(k) and Simple IRA options Flexible scheduling and paid time off Continuing education reimbursement Professional licenses and liability insurance paid Sunshine Animal Hospital provides high-quality healthcare for a variety of species.
