About the Role We're looking for a Part-Time or Full-Time Veterinarian who wants to do more than just fill shifts. This is a role for someone who wants to commit to their patients and a practice that values them.

Comprehensive Oral Health Assessment and Treatment:
full dental evaluation, cleaning, X-rays, and extractions as needed) Build meaningful relationships with clients through clear, compassionate communication Collaborate with experienced technicians and supportive leadership Explore integrative medicine if it sparks your curiosity—learning mindset matters more than prior experience Who We're Looking For DVM or equivalent degree with an active or eligible NJ license Solid foundation in small animal medicine and surgery Team-first mindset with strong communication skills Commitment to quality care, professional growth, and a healthy workplace culture Compensation and Perks ProSal or salary: $125,000-$234,000 (based on role & experience) Flexible scheduling for part-time and full-time options Supportive leadership and a values-driven culture A practice where balance isn't a perk—it's a priority
