THRIVING.
We have a consistent review average of over 4.8 stars on Google. You are stepping into a role to maintain excellence, not to put out fires. Our support team is tenured and skilled. Collectively, our RVT's have an average of ten years employed at Worthington Woods. They are highly skilled and competent, allowing our DVM's to fully focus on their role instead of setting catheters, drawing labs, etc. Our DVM team is awesome (no, we aren't biased). They regularly collaborate, problem solve and support each other's growth. In our practice, we believe that investing in our team and workplace yields better medicine. We are actively growing and investing in our practice! We are finishing an expansion/remodel creating an additional treatment area and more exam rooms. In this role, you will have the space and support to grow. Who are we looking for?
