What You'll Do Perform routine exams, diagnostics, dental, and surgical procedures Develop treatment plans and communicate clearly with pet owners Collaborate with a skilled team of technicians and support staff Maintain accurate medical records Requirements DVM or equivalent degree from an accredited program Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in the state of Ohio 3+ years of clinical experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills A passion for animal care and client education What We Offer Competitive salary ($115,000 to $160,000 commensurate upon experience) plus performance incentives (ProSal) - Flexibility to choose whether you prefer flat salary or production-based programs and to update this selection annually as desired. Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance - 4 day work week with alternating half days on Saturdays. Shift trade options to supplement paid time off. No on-call responsibilities. We have at least five 24-hour emergency and critical care facilities less than a 40 minute drive from us. The nearest MedVet satellite is less than 10 minutes from us. Among these are two full-service specialty hospitals - The Ohio State University Veterinary Hospital and MedVet Columbus.
