This busy, four-doctor practice offers an excellent opportunity for both experienced veterinarians and new graduates looking to build their careers in a modern, well-equipped hospital with strong earning potential and a healthy work-life balance. With a loyal client base and steady caseload, you'll have the opportunity to become productive quickly while receiving support from experienced colleagues and skilled technicians. About the Practice Full-service small animal hospital (exotics optional) Established client base with high patient demand Modern diagnostic and treatment capabilities, including: CT Imaging Ultrasound Endoscopy Digital Radiography Dental Suite with Dental Radiology Therapeutic Laser Strong technician support (approximately 2.5 technicians per veterinarian) Opportunities to pursue interests in rehabilitation, holistic medicine, and exotic animal care Team-focused culture committed to exceptional patient and client care Schedule Flexible scheduling options available Midweek-only schedules considered Full-time benefits available from 35 hours per week Typical shift hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM 8:00 AM 6:00 PM 8:00 AM 6:30 PM Most veterinarians work a 4-day workweek (approximately 40 hours) 5-day schedule available if preferred Rotating Saturday shifts with a weekday off in exchange

Compensation & Benefits Compensation Base Salary:

$100,000-$120,000 (DOE) 20% Production Bonus Current team members consistently achieve production targets
