Since establishing in 2022, this stunning hospital has grown rapidly, with a 40% year-over-year increase, and is now looking for the right doctor to grow with the team. This practice is built on a foundation of teamwork, trust, and a truly family-oriented culture. The existing staff, including the office manager and lead technician, have been with the hospital since its inception, fostering a supportive and drama-free environment. With a modern, well-equipped facility, the hospital is designed for efficiency and top-tier patient care. The hospital features four spacious exam rooms, including a large consultation room with natural light, a dedicated surgery suite, a dental suite, and separate dog and cat kennels in an effort to create a low-stress environment. Some of their cutting-edge equipment includes voyant vessel sealers for soft tissue surgeries, monopolar electrocautery, a top-of-the-line dental table with handheld radiographs, AI-assisted radiology, mobile ultrasound, and acupuncture capabilities. The clinic prioritizes excellence in medicine and is always open to investing in new technology to enhance patient care. If you love surgery, the clinic has a fantastic and growing surgical caseload however you do not need to perform surgery if you don't want to. The founder and current owner loves mentoring and teaching so if you are looking to develop your clinical skills, this would be a fantastic place to do so. Appointments are always scheduled for at least 30 minutes to allow for thorough care and communication. Each doctor will have a dedicated technician and sufficient support staff available so that you can focus on providing a high standard of veterinary care and avoid burnout. The clinic currently sees only cats and dogs but is open to incorporating exotics if the right doctor is interested. Looking to get into show business?! The hospital also has an exciting new venture—a TV show in production! Participation is completely optional, but it presents a unique opportunity for a doctor who enjoys media and outreach. The clinic is highly engaged in social media, and focused on building long-lasting relationships with the community. This position offers flexibility in scheduling, with no weekends, no emergency or after-hours work. Scheduling can be tailored to fit your needs.
