A Veterinarian provides medical care to animals. Diagnoses and treats illnesses and injuries. Specializes in treating either pets and small domesticated animals, or large animals and livestock, or wild animals. May work on farms, in zoos and wildlife sanctuaries, in animal shelters, or in hospitals or clinics that specialize in caring for animals. May inspect livestock used for food and check compliance with food safety regulations, or work in laboratories doing clinical research on animal and human diseases.

Job Description

We are looking to add a full time Associate Veterinarian to our team. Our hospital is a full service clinic that opened in 2019 in the rapidly growing area of Northlake Texas. As a privately owned hospital, you will have the opportunity to practice at your level of comfort with good surrounding mentorship. We are a healthy 3 doctor practice open M-F from 7:30 to 5:30 and the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month from 8 to noon. Doctors typically work a 4 and 1/2 day work week with 2 Saturdays a quarter. We have all of the normal benefits you would look for along with matched IRA, and health insurance is provided to you at no additional cost. A successful candidate will have not only a drive to provide excellent medical care, but also continue to grow and develop strong relationships with our clients.
