Veterinarian - Private Practice / Sign-On Bonus (Round Rock, TX) Veterinary Round Rock, Texas Direct-Hire Jul 14, 2026 Veterinarian - Private Practice / Weekends NOT required Round Rock, TX Full service, small animal, privately-owned veterinary hospital seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian. Hospital Hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30a-6p, Saturday 8:30a-1p Currently a 3-doctor practice with a Fear-Free Certified support staff - the hospital is growing and a facility expansion is underway. A Veterinarian with special interests will have the freedom to practice autonomously and offer additional services - if hired prior to the building expansion, your input and special interests can be incorporated into the renovations! This is a very close-knit team that fosters a collaborative environment. Employees' children and pets are welcome in the office.
Services provided:
Wellness/Preventive Care Vaccines Heartworm Prevention/Treatment Microchipping OFA testing internal medicine - managing long-term illnesses and chronic conditions. Dental cleanings and extractions Surgeries International/interstate travel certifications
Equipment/tech:
In-house Idexx machines including Sedivue. Digital X-Ray with images seamlessly and immediately attached to patient records In house ultrasound Surgical suite with thorough monitoring systems Quick access to in house echocardiograms and ultrasounds read by board certified radiologists Same day radiographic interpretations by board certified radiologists User-friendly cloud based software VIN subscription
Qualifications:
DVM / VMD
TX State Veterinary License required 1+ Years experience practicing small animal medicine is preferred
Compensation:
 up to $200,000 base salary for full-time - commensurate with experience PLUS a competitive sign-on bonus
