Job Description Associate Veterinarian - Surgery Focus | Southside Animal Hospital | San Angelo, TX Pro-Sal up to $155,000 + | 21%+ Production | Up to $35,000 Bonus Package Build Something Lasting. Southside Animal Hospital has been San Angelo's most trusted practice for over 30 years - and we're looking for a surgeon to help take us to the next level. This is a hands-on, surgery-heavy role built for a veterinarian who loves operating and wants the caseload, equipment, and support to do it well. The Opportunity In this role surgery is central to your day. We're looking for an experienced veterinarian with advanced surgical skills who's ready to step into a high-autonomy role with the backing of a stable, long-tenured team. Compensation - Pro-Sal model with earning potential up to $155,000 +, up to $35,000 bonus package, and 21%+ production. High surgical volume means high earning potential. Equipment - Dental Rads, VetHome, Surgical and therapeutic lasers, ultrasound, digital radiology, IDEXX in-house lab, dedicated isolation ward, and more. Everything you need to operate at an advanced level. Team - Doctors and staff with 10+ years of tenure. A culture built on collaboration, not competition. Schedule - No on-call. Flexible scheduling, one rotating weekend per month with incentives.
