Job Description
Old Dominion Animal Hospital is seeking a full-time associate veterinarian at our Charlottesville location. Located in the heart of downtown our Charlottesville office services small animal's wellness, sick and emergent needs Monday through Friday. Our hospital provides modern equipment including digital x-rays, in-house laboratory, advanced IDEXX lab profiles, therapeutic laser and ultrasound to provide our clients with personal, professional and passionate care. The ideal candidate will combine their advanced medical expertise (preferably 2+ years) with empathy and compassion. A physician who is adept at surgery and dentistry is a bonus; if you're a new graduate we will be happy to teach and train your skills. Old Dominion Animal Hospital offers many benefits for our veterinarians, including no Saturday work days, generous continuing education stipends, and payment of annual licensing/membership fees. Veterinarians at Old Dominion Animal Hospital can anticipate a starting salary of six figures, if working full-time. We schedule our doctors on a four-day-a-week schedule, working 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
